A few answers before you begin.
Can I hire someone in another South African city?
You can choose the location where the job needs to happen, even if you live in another South African city, or describe a remote project. Availability and eligibility depend on the people listed and the local requirements of the work. South African checkout and payouts are not yet enabled.
Do I need an account to look around?
You can browse first. Create a profile to post jobs or make offers, and sign in to manage your private workspace and conversations.
How is the service fee shared?
Each side pays 2.5% of the base work price. For a base price of 1,000, the client agrees to 1,025 and the worker receives 975. EverSignal receives 50. The client total already includes their fee before acceptance. Fees round to the nearest currency cent. Existing offers retain their original pricing. South African checkout is not enabled yet.
Can I discuss a job before it starts?
Use the offer’s private messages to clarify the work. Private video calls are available to the client and worker on an accepted offer. Keep any agreed price changes in the offer itself.
Will I be guaranteed work or a suitable provider?
No. EverSignal helps people discover jobs and skills, but opportunities, selection and results depend on the listings and the people involved. Review experience, scope and qualifications before deciding.
How do I find ongoing business support?
Post a job describing the recurring tasks, skills, timing and budget. Compare offers, discuss the details privately and agree the scope and price with the person you choose. South African checkout is not enabled yet.
